Environmental Scientist

Responsibilities

• Conduct field sampling activities including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling as per project requirements and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct environmental due diligence assessments including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
• Analyze and interpret field data, laboratory results, and historical information to support the preparation of technical reports
• Prepare accurate and concise technical reports adhering to established guidelines
• Stay up to date with current regulations and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field
• 1-4+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional certifications a plus

Pay

Salary Range: $60,000 USD - $85,000 USD. Higher compensation than the amount listed may be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.
