Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership across multiple facilities to drive safety initiatives, environmental programs, employee training, and risk reduction efforts.
• Build a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Train employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Support the development of safety-related metrics and reporting.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement safety improvement plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in safety or EHS within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with safety software and tools.
