About the role

Adonel Concrete is a Leading Independent Concrete & Block Manufacturing Company located in South Florida who is looking to add motivated sales individuals to join their team in various areas.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
• Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects
• Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations
• Assist in the collection of revenue, when necessary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team
• Ability to build relationships and relate to others
• Valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company safety standards

Pay

• Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Safety & Health related program or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in Industrial Safety & Health or Risk Loss Management
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Excellent communication skills up and down organizational structure
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Able to produce reports and develop relevant policies
• Knowledge of all Safety and Environmental supplies, products or training items required
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and applicable regulatory agencies
• Proficient on Microsoft Office Products
• Able to train all levels of the organization
• Certified OSHA 10-hour (Minimum); OSHA 30-hour (Preferred)
• Forklift Trainer Certification
• Possess Power Industrial Equipment Trainer experience
• Must be CPR and First Aid Training
