Responsibilities
- Conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses for field service activities and training programs.
- Support and facilitate safety initiatives related to electrical safety, hazardous energy control, fall protection, and laser safety.
- Provide EHS support for installation and service projects, including safe work procedures and on-site safety guidance.
- Manage contractor safety compliance systems and customer-required safety programs.
- Track and report safety incidents, near misses, and performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver safety training and maintain LMS records.
- Audit key safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cookinate with internal teams, customers, and field personnel to support service operations.
- Utilize SIS, SAP, Quentic, and related systems for reporting and case management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- 3+ years of occupational safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical service environments.
- Experience working with NFPA 70E standards and OSHA regulations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
