Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead responsible for leading EHS programs across multi-site client operations in Northern California. Key Duties Include Partner with operations leaders to assess workplace risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulations.Investigate incidents and near-misses, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.Develop and deliver EHS training to support safe work practices.Analyze safety metrics and data to identify trends, measure performance, and improve outcomes.Support continuous improvement efforts to strengthen workplace safety culture. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and EHS program management.Proven ability to lead incident investigations and corrective action processes.Experience delivering training and influencing behavior for safety culture improvement.Strong analytical skills for evaluating safety data and performance.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams across multiple locations. Travel is required to support client locations.
