Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator
Around the Role
This position is on-site, working Monday–Friday from 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain EHS Systems – Oversee and update plant environmental health and safety data management systems, leveraging SAP for purchasing and supporting on-call needs as the backup to the EHS Manager.
- Support Regulatory Compliance – Manage required documentation and assist in preparing regulatory reports for agencies such as EPA and OSHA, ensuring accuracy and alignment with occupational health requirements.
- Track Critical Metrics – Collect, analyze, and report environmental and safety performance data, supporting sustainability initiatives and upkeep of facility action registers.
- Lead Training & Engagement – Serve as the safety training coordinator, partnering with vendors and department leaders to build and maintain training plans while actively participating in plant safety and environmental committees.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- OSHA 30 Certificate
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong customer service background
- Proven organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for this role

Pay
The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $26.57.
