Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator

Role Overview: This position involves leading and implementing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across various operational sites, including wineries, vineyards, hospitality, and mobile bottling units. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to EHS.Advise employees and management on safety practices and policies.Investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.Coordinate safety training sessions and emergency response procedures.Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation.Collaborate with engineering teams on project safety, permits, and related activities. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and advisory skills for working with diverse teams.Experience in incident investigation and safety training.Ability to maintain detailed records and ensure compliance across multiple operational areas.
