Delaware Street, Chandler AZ 85225 Hours: Monday thru Thursday,5:00am - 3:15pm (with potential OT on Friday) General Summary Under the supervision and mentorship of the Safety and Support Manager, The EH&S Administrative Assistant/Trainer is responsible to assist with administrative tasks for the area's safety program. Duties include but not limited to: coordinating/assisting with new hire orientation training and paperwork. Process new hire customer badging. Responsible to teach OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR trainings. OSHA and First Aid/CPR certification training will be provided if individual does not possess these certifications. Education And Experience 2 years administrative assistant experienceTraining background desirableExperience working in a construction environment desirableMaterial procurement experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations/data with tact, professionalism, and diplomacyExcellent organization skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as a teamAbility to work with diverse population of workersAbility to gain knowledge of field EH&S representative position Jack B.
