Role: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager supporting compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence in a high-security printing and distribution facility. Responsibilities Develop and maintain site-wide EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.Conduct audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate risks.Lead environmental compliance, permitting, reporting, and agency communications.Design and implement EHS training, compliance matrices, and role-based learning programs.Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safe manufacturing processes.Oversee emergency response, drills, and incident management activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field.At least 7 years of progressive EHS experience in industrial settings, with 3+ years in leadership roles.Experience managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FDEP regulations, hazardous materials, and waste management.Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.Preferred certifications include CSP, CIH, ASP, CHMM, ISO Lead Auditor.
