Environmental Health and Safety Analyst

About the role

The EH&S Analyst is responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing and agricultural operations. This role supports the EH&S programs and activities at multiple locations including Trout Lake Farms East and Milling Operations in Ephrata, WA, and Trout Lake Farms West in Trout Lake, WA.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EH&S programs
• Support EH&S activities across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Think analytically and solve problems innovatively
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the corporation
• Conduct EH&S training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in EH&S
• Understanding of EH&S regulations, particularly Occupational Health & Safety
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems
• Self-directed and motivated
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred

Pay

$80,000/yr - $96,000/yr plus an annual bonus

Schedule

Based in Ephrata, WA, with ability to travel up to one week per month
