Environmental Floor Technician - Full Time-Cassville

Position Details

The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all types of floor surfaces, wall, and upholstered furniture. This position may also require other environmental services duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions.
• Previous experience with performing manual tasks.
• Previous experience working with the public; customer service.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• A valid current driver's license; obtain a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.

Physical Requirements

• Push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
