Maybe also include Helpful Additional Experience as part of Requirements? Could be separate "Preferred qualifications". But we only have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could put helpful experience under "Preferred qualifications". But we need to decide. We have "Helpful Additional Experience (not Required)" which could be placed under "Preferred qualifications". Use heading

Preferred qualifications

maybe. But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't list Preferred qualifications but we can still use Qualifications for required and maybe Skills for helpful? However they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can have Qualifications for required, Skills for helpful? Or we could combine required and helpful under Requirements. Safer to put all under Requirements. But we also have Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: compensation range $70,000–$80,000 annually, discretionary cash bonus, exempt salaried. Schedule: hybrid work arrangement, travel expectation (up to 25% travel, 50-65% fieldwork), work environment description maybe. We could have Schedule section covering hybrid, travel, fieldwork. We also have About Us - Why Choose Barr description; maybe we could put under "About the company" but not in list. Could omit as not required heading? The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. It didn't forbid adding other headings not in list, but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those headings. The About Us description could be omitted or placed under a generic

without heading? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit it. So we need to include it somewhere. Could put under a heading like "About the company" but not in list; risk of violating instruction? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings as needed, but better to follow examples. However we need to preserve all info; we could include About Us under a heading like "About the company" which is similar to "About the role". It's okay. But maybe we can incorporate About Us into a

after Benefits without a heading; still preserve info. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid using

without heading. So we can just put a

for About Us. Thus final HTML:
