In the role of Environmental EIT/Engineer, we'll count on you to: Assist Senior Engineers in environmental remediation projects that include remediation design and implementationPerform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and proceduresComplete projects that have clear, specified objectives and limited variablesPerform administrative duties associated with project management for environmental remediation projectsWork independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projectsComplete duties requiring field work and travel as neededPerform other duties as needed (If candidate is not a Professional Engineer, they will be titled Designer or EIT) Preferred Qualifications General environmental engineering experience , but will consider entry level candidates, particularly with prior internship experience in a related fieldProfessional Engineering license in NY or NJ preferredHazwoper 40 hour training is strongly .Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and GIS experience Preference given to candidates local to area Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or closely related Engineering field Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
