Responsibilities
- Build a practice by bringing or establishing a network of prospects and clients.
- Conduct site investigations, evaluate, validate, and visualize data.
- Prepare and review environmental reports based on state and federal regulations.
- Synthesize data and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Mentor and lead project teams to successfully complete assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Competency using computer operating systems and MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, workload management, and detailed record-keeping.
- Effective interpersonal skills for building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to understand and adapt to change, react productively to interruptions, and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic construction competencies including determining location from maps and interpreting survey information.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ethical conduct, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring safety and security.
