We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, we have a description about company etc. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" would be description of role. The posting includes "Job Description Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Environmental and Solid Waste Project Manager to provide project management and program support..." That's about the role. Then "Key Responsibilities" list. Then "Areas of Project Experience" maybe part of qualifications? Could be "Qualifications" or "Requirements". There's "Qualifications" section with bullet list: Bachelor's degree, minimum 7 years, etc. Also "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Ideal Candidate" maybe part of Skills? Or could be "Skills". There's also "Work Environment". Not a standard heading but could be part of "About the role" or "Requirements". There's also "Additional Information" with notes about onsite, SOX, etc. That's likely boilerplate? It includes some info but not benefits/pay/schedule. No explicit pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not create those sections. We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (the job description paragraph) - Responsibilities (list from Key Responsibilities) - Requirements (maybe combine Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? Or separate? The instruction: use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put qualifications under "Qualifications". Requirements maybe from "Areas of Project Experience"? Actually "Areas of Project Experience" is desirable experience; could be part of Qualifications. But we have both Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Qualifications section with both required and preferred. Or we could have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Qualifications (required) and Preferred Qualifications (preferred). Could merge into Qualifications. Skills: we have "Strong organizational skills", "Excellent written and verbal communication skills", "Proficiency with Microsoft Office", etc. Those could go under Skills. We also have "Ideal Candidate" paragraph describing traits; could be part of Skills or About the role. Might be redundant. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can structure them. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, social media links, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract substantive content: Company overview: first paragraph about Turner & Townsend. That's maybe not needed for role but could be part of About the role? The instruction: "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put a brief description of the role and maybe company context. The company overview is generic but could be considered part of About the role. However we should not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve all substantive information. The company overview is substantive but not specific to the role. It might be considered boilerplate? It's describing the company, not the role. The instruction says to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company overview is not those; it's about the company. Might be okay to keep. But we need to decide if we include it under About the role. The "About the role" could include description of the role and maybe company. We'll include the first paragraph(s) about Turner & Townsend as part of About the role. Then the job description paragraph: "Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Environmental and Solid Waste Project Manager to provide project management and program support for the Charles County Department of Public Works on a diverse portfolio of environmental, solid waste, water resources, civil infrastructure, and related capital improvement projects. The Project Manager will support projects throughout the project life cycle, from planning and feasibility through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The position will work closely with County staff, engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively coordinated and delivered in accordance with established scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience managing environmental or solid waste infrastructure projects and be comfortable working in both office and field environments." That's substantive. Then "Key Responsibilities" bullet list (many items). We'll put each as
  • under
. Then "Areas of Project Experience" list (desirable). Could be part of Qualifications or Requirements. We'll treat as part of Qualifications (desired experience). We'll list them. Then "Qualifications" list (required). We'll put as
. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Could also be under Qualifications but we can separate into a subsection? Since we only have headings: Qualifications, Skills, etc. We could combine required and preferred under Qualifications with note? But we must preserve all detail; we can list both required and preferred under Qualifications, maybe with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings beyond those allowed? The instruction only says use those headings for section headings; we can still have

        or

inside. We could separate required and preferred with

indicating "Required Qualifications:" and "Preferred Qualifications:" as paragraphs inside the Qualifications section. That's acceptable. Then "Ideal Candidate" paragraph: could be under Skills or maybe a separate section? We have Skills heading; we can put the ideal candidate description under Skills as paragraphs. Also we have "Work Environment" paragraph: could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list of headings; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably About the role. Also "Additional Information" includes onsite requirements might change, SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, etc. That's somewhat relevant to role; we could include under About the role as a note. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, unsolicited CV warnings, social media links, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (the repeated line about paying fees appears twice). We'll remove those. Now construct HTML. We'll start with maybe not required; just output elements. We'll do:
