Responsibilities
- Prioritize Health & Safety by adhering to all environmental and regulatory safety practices.
- Use insight-driven selling to educate customers on waste-management challenges and position Clean Harbors solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth across multi-site waste-management accounts.
- Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for Clean Harbors solutions within their organization;
- Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to.
- Strengthen customer relationships through contract oversight, service delivery follow-up, and continuous improvement.
- Propose, negotiate, and close profitable environmental services contracts with senior operations and EHS leaders.
- Possess strong B2B and complex sales background.
- Prospect and develop new Technical Services accounts using structured target analysis and waste-stream evaluation.
Qualifications
- Must live within territory defined, hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships (environmental service, waste-management contracts highly preferred).
- Skilled in strategic selling, analysis, and project planning/management.
- Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce highly preferred.
