Environmental Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations
• Lead, train and motivate department staff
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards are maintained
• Schedule staff and monitor department performance
• Maintain supplies and department budgets
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping and/or laundry services
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
• Able to organize, prioritize, and lead a team effectively
