Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations
- Lead, train and motivate department staff
- Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards are maintained
- Schedule staff and monitor department performance
- Maintain supplies and department budgets
- Promote a positive, resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Experience managing housekeeping and/or laundry services
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
- Able to organize, prioritize, and lead a team effectively
