Environmental Services Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Distributes supplies
• Holds shift huddles
• Schedules and trains staff
• Maintains floor care, trash removal, and biohazardous waste removal
• Maintains overall cleanliness of the building and patient room cleaning
• Conducts rounding with patients, service recovery, quality audits, and inspections
• Plans, controls, and directs cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Environmental Services Management
• 5 years in a Healthcare supervisory role or 2+ years in a management role
• Floor care experience required, including knowledge of equipment and chemicals used
• Experience managing janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping operations
• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure high levels of safety, quality, and service excellence

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00
