About the role
As an Auditor for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), you will deliver BSI’s audit services to an assigned client base in accordance with all scheme and regulatory requirements. This is a home-based position requiring extensive travel for on-site audits.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients based on geographical location and qualifications
- Conduct both on-site and remote audits
- Follow associated training plan to reach Assessor and Lead Assessor status
- Participate in additional training based on future business needs
- Produce assessment results reporting and manage these results with the client
- Maintain client accounts to ensure proper record-keeping, invoicing, and client satisfaction
- Support team leadership and mentoring of new or inexperienced colleagues
Requirements
- Previous regulatory experience within the United States with ISO certifications preferred
- College degree AA or higher (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of management system auditing practices
- Knowledge of general office practices, information systems, documentation systems, and technology
- Understanding of specific products and processes and organizational structure of the client
- Strong commercial focus and ability to understand customer needs

Pay
The salary for this position ranges from $95,200.00 to $142,800.00 USD annually, based on various factors including experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
Schedule
Flexible working hours are offered to accommodate the home-based nature of the position and travel requirements.
