Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal components.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Absorb and resolve welding issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Schedule
- 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts).
