Entry Level Welder

Job Summary

This is an entry‑level opportunity for individuals who want to develop welding skills within a production environment. Success in the role requires a strong focus on maintaining productivity, quality, and safety. The position works within a team to manufacture customer assemblies. No experience is required; on‑the‑job training is provided.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld products to the drawings and production voucher specifications using the correct materials and appropriate welding procedures.
• Inspect welded assemblies to ensure they meet tolerance requirements.
• Complete the required quality documentation and production voucher information.
• Maintain high‑quality results throughout the production process.
• Receive training in welding, grinding, material handling, and packaging.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Operate forklift and crane as needed; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Entry‑level high‑volume welding operator.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in place at the facility.
• Complete all required training sessions.
