Entry Level Water Engineer

There is a wide variety of water, wastewater and water resources projects that you will be exposed to, and you will have the opportunity to support senior engineers in delivering cutting-edge projects for our federal, state, regional and local clients.

As a valued member of our teams in Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin, you'll have the chance to support projects both in your own backyard, and beyond. In a dynamic working environment, you'll gain experience working on projects evaluating and selecting the best approach to solve our clients' challenges, planning and designing treatment systems and plant improvements, and improving watershed quality.

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in delivering cutting-edge water, wastewater, and water resources projects for federal, state, regional, and local clients
• Evaluate and select the best approach to solve clients' challenges
• Plan and design treatment systems and plant improvements
• Improve watershed quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and team-oriented work practices
• Data analysis and technical problem-solving skills
• Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within six months (preferred)

Pay

Base salary range: $58,656.00 to $82,000.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
