Entry-Level Trainer

About the role

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. Serve as the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting in saving lives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions for Epic software
  • Work closely with organizations to develop their training needs
  • Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content
  • Develop and deliver training materials and scenarios
  • Engage with physicians, nurses, and other care providers
  • Travel 25-60% of working days, typically 1-2 trips per month lasting 2-4 days

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
  • Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
