Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
- 1-3 years of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
- IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification is highly preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environments
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts
- Willingness to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
- Willingness to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards

Pay
Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.
Schedule
Occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts may be required.
