Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training camps with a focus on team building and mentorship
• Become an expert in renewable energy and its benefits to the consumer
• Canvas neighborhoods and qualify homes for solar
• Communicate with homeowners and generate interest while setting appointments
• Help families save money through our consumer-focused sales practice
• Be professional and courteous while educating homeowners
• Represent Sunrun and its brand with professionalism and integrity
• Recruit top talent and network with like-minded people

Requirements

• Must possess a strong desire to set and achieve goals
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Must be able to work Tuesday – Saturday (7 hours a day)
• Must have reliable transportation and logistics
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Must have a cell phone with data and internet
