Solar Setter / Field Sales Rep — $2,000 Paid Training Guarantee + $1,500–$2,500+/Week

What You’ll Do

• Knock residential doors in Western Montana
• Talk with homeowners about solar, rising utility costs, and Tesla battery backup
• Qualify homeowners and book appointments for our Solar Consultants
• Hit a minimum of 50 doors per shift (we track it; we'll show you how)
• Work the Tuesday – Saturday schedule (Sunday and Monday off)
• Represent repower professionally in the community

What We Pay

• $100 per appointment that sits (paid weekly on Friday)
• $500 on every deal that closes + $450 - $600 depending on the deal ($1000 average payout per deal closed)
• $2,000 during our paid training program - you get paid even while you're learning the pitch
• Reps doing 2-3 sits a week clear $1,500. Reps doing 5+ clear $2,500+
