- Previous solar sales or canvassing experience preferred
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-based environment
- Bilingual (Spanish–English) is a plus
