About the role
As a Pariveda Consultant, you will work in small teams, collaborating with other employees while partnering with clients to solve real business challenges. You’ll grow your career with the support of a dedicated mentor and a clearly defined career path, with reviews every 6 months and eligibility for promotion every 12 months. This role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, estimate projects, gather requirements, develop, test, manage projects, architect, and deliver solutions.
You will explore a range of technologies, including:
- Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Data Engineering using Databricks and PySpark
- DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform
- AI and Generative AI solutions using RAG, LLMs on Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks like LangChain
- Development in Python, Java, SQL, JavaScript, and .NET with exposure to modern web technologies like React and Angular
You’ll utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions, streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery while communicating the value, limitations, and ethical use of AI to clients and stakeholders. Professional communication skills are key, as you’ll create and present findings, solutions, and demos to senior executives and stakeholders.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
