About the role

We take motivated individuals from retail, hospitality, and customer service and turn them into high-earning Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Meeting homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Helping neighbors navigate insurance to get their homes fixed.
• Managing projects from the first handshake to the final shingle.

Requirements

• The Grit: Competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid to talk to new people.
• You’ll need a pickup truck (or the ability to get one within 60 days).
• You must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof (safety first!)
• A valid driver’s license is required.

First-year reps realistically target $100k–$150k. Our top veterans clear $500k.
