Entry Level Sales Rep (remote work)

About the role

Meet with individuals who have signed up for supplemental benefits to protect their families.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals requesting more information about our benefits offerings.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these individuals.
• Customize and adjust new and existing benefit plans to meet the current needs of each client.
• Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with any necessary claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to member needs.
• Resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule.
