Entry-Level Sales: Recruiter/Account Manager
About the role
As a Recruiter at Insight Global, you’ll build the foundation for a successful sales career. Recruiters act as matchmakers between companies and candidates: reviewing resumes from internal databases and job boards, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for hiring-manager meetings, and negotiating job offers to secure placements.
The average employee spends approximately six months in the Recruiter role before advancing into either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT).
Career progression
- Account Manager: Account Managers are the face of Insight Global, working directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies. They research and target organizations in need of talent, consulting, and AI services, making initial connections through networking and cold calls. Account Managers build long-term client relationships, conduct in-person meetings, and consult on how Insight Global’s services can elevate business outcomes.
- Professional Recruiter: Professional Recruiters take recruiting to the next level, focusing on identifying top-tier candidates and pairing them with ideal roles. After placement, they continue to support consultants throughout their careers, ensuring a world-class experience.
