Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

About the role

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is looking for an Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to connect with customers in the Phoenix area, showcase our bath products, and help you grow with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule in-home design consultations
• Bring energy to trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Results-driven with a desire to earn money
• Must be able to travel within the greater Phoenix area
• Able to learn and follow a script
• Outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet and engaging with customers
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Pay

$20.00/hour plus uncapped bonus potential. Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $30/hour when factoring in performance bonuses.

Schedule

Must be able to work nights and weekends.
