Entry Level Sales - Cloud Generation Specialist (BDR/SDR)

This role is intentionally designed as a launching pad into a long-term career in technology sales. As a Cloud Generation Specialist, you’ll gain hands-on experience in modern outbound selling while building the foundational skills needed to progress in the tech industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making 70+ outbound telephone calls per day, alongside email and social outreach, to engage IT service providers
- Proactively generating new opportunities through consistent, high-volume prospecting
- Booking high-quality introductory meetings for our Cloud Development teams
- Managing leads and activity accurately in Salesforce
- Participating in structured sales training, coaching, and call-based skill development
Your Impact
You’ll be the first point of contact for many future Pax8 partners. Your outbound activity directly fuels our growth engine, bringing new partners onto the platform and expanding Pax8’s reach across the IT ecosystem.

Compensation & Benefits
On Target Earnings: $72,000 CAD (Canada) - $55,000.00 (US) per year
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission

Office Environment
