About the role

Cooperative Home Care is looking for driven, entry-level Community Liaison to join our team. You'll be out in the field daily, building relationships with referral partners and promoting a full continuum of home healthcare services. Salary

$50,000 to $55,000 (based on previous experience)

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management (strongly preferred)
• Time management skills
