Responsibilities
- Client Development – Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector, from Fortune 500 giants to fast‑growing start‑ups. Negotiate agreements, understand talent needs, and become their go‑to talent partner.
- Candidate Engagement – Identify and headhunt top mid‑to‑senior and executive‑level professionals. Pick up the phone, make connections, and build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship‑building.
- End‑to‑End Process Management – Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through offer negotiation and post‑placement support. You’ll be the person both sides rely on to get it right.

Qualifications
