About the Role

Phaidon International is a multi-award-winning talent partner, recognized for service and growth. Backed by private equity, we're entering our most ambitious chapter yet. You'll join one of our six industry-leading brands operating in high-growth industries, building deep expertise in your niche to become a true market authority.

Responsibilities

  • Client Development: Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector, from Fortune 500 giants to fast-growing start-ups. Negotiate agreements, understand talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.
  • Candidate Engagement: Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Make connections and build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.
  • End-to-End Process Management: Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support. Be the trusted person both clients and candidates rely on.
  • Embrace Technology and Data: Use best-in-class tools and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen outreach. Leverage technology to enhance—not replace—your expertise and relationships.

Requirements

  • Ambition: You want to build something, earn well, and grow fast.
  • Communication: You're confident, clear, and adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Professionalism: You show up prepared, follow through, and carry yourself with maturity.
  • Work Ethic: You've demonstrated discipline and drive, whether in sports, part-time work, internships, or academics.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.

Expectations

  • Show Up and Deliver, Consistently: Success in recruitment is built on activity—making calls, having conversations, and putting in the work daily. Performance is tracked to support your growth.
  • Own Your Results: Take responsibility for your desk, relationships, and outcomes. If something isn’t working, raise it, learn from it, and improve.
  • Be Resilient: Recruitment is unpredictable. Deals fall through, candidates change their minds, and clients go quiet. Thriving here means staying focused and moving forward.

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission and leading healthcare benefits.
  • Access to major clients from day one, building a lifelong professional network.
  • Investment in cutting-edge technology to amplify your capabilities and competitiveness.
  • An environment designed to help you grow, with opportunities to evolve your delivery.
  • Learn from experienced professionals who’ve built serious careers and want to share their knowledge.
  • A commercial model that rewards performance regardless of role.
  • A high-performance physical workspace where collaboration accelerates success.
