About the role

At Levin, our Associate Academy is designed for graduates and early-career professionals looking for structured training, hands-on coaching, and a clear career path. No recruitment experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to become a successful consultant. From day one, you'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and mentorship, a clear performance-based progression pathway, uncapped earning potential, and real responsibility.

Founded in 2019, Levin has grown from a three-person start-up into a specialist technology recruitment business operating across FinTech, HealthTech, and Energy & Infrastructure through our brands Storm2, Storm3, and Storm4. We connect some of the world's fastest-growing technology companies with exceptional talent, while building exceptional careers for our people. Our mission is to connect high-growth technology companies with the talent they need to scale. To do that, we invest heavily in our Associates through structured training, hands-on coaching, recruitment technology, and clear progression pathways. Every one of our top performers started their career at Levin as an Associate and progressed through the business.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll learn the full 360 recruitment process from start to finish. This means building relationships with senior-level tech executives, partnering with technology companies, and managing the journey from first conversation through to successful placement. Over time, you'll develop expertise within a specialist technology market, becoming a trusted consultant to both clients and candidates.

  • Find and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, CRM tools, market mapping, and phone outreach.
  • Build client relationships with hiring leaders at technology companies, understanding their talent needs and showcasing how Levin can help solve their hiring challenges.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insight, coordinating interviews, supporting candidate preparation, and delivering successful hiring outcomes.
  • Develop commercial skills across business development, negotiation, account management, and market research, using those insights to build strong client partnerships and support successful hiring.

Requirements

We’re looking for recent or upcoming graduates, ideally from the Classes of 2023–2026, who are excited to build a career in a fast-paced, people-focused, commercial environment. You could be a great fit if you are:

  • Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by clear goals
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Curious about business, technology, sales, or people
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy office environment
  • Excited by performance-based progression and earning potential
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and open to feedback
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and proactively using tools such as Outlook, Teams, and other workplace platforms
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

No prior recruitment experience is required—sales, customer service, leadership, athletics, hospitality, fundraising, or campus involvement can all be relevant experience.
