Responsibilities
- Client Development: Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector, from Fortune 500 giants to fast‑growing start‑ups; negotiate agreements, understand talent needs, and become their go‑to talent partner.
- Candidate Engagement: Identify and headhunt top mid‑to‑senior and executive‑level professionals; make proactive outreach, build pipelines of exceptional talent through genuine relationship‑building.
- End‑to‑End Process Management: Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post‑placement support.
- Embrace Technology and Data: Use best‑in‑class tools and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen outreach while leveraging your expertise and relationships.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 2 years of sales experience.

Pay
$55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission; first‑year OTE expected $70k‑80k.
Schedule
Full‑time position with a Fall start date.
