Responsibilities
- Client Development: Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector, from Fortune 500 giants to fast-growing start-ups. Negotiate agreements, understand talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.
- Candidate Engagement: Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Make connections and build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.
- End-to-End Process Management: Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support. Be the trusted person both sides rely on.
- Embrace Technology and Data: Use best-in-class tools and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen outreach. Leverage technology to supercharge your expertise and relationships.
Requirements
