What you’ll be doing
- Learn the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, relationship-building, client partnership, and end-to-end hiring management.
- Engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, CRM tools, market mapping, and phone outreach.
- Build client relationships with hiring leaders, diagnose talent needs, and position Levin as the solution.
- Manage the recruitment journey: provide market insight, coordinate interviews, support candidate prep, and deliver successful placements.
- Develop commercial skills in business development, negotiation, account management, and market research.

- Proficient with Outlook, Teams, and other workplace platforms; highly organized with strong prioritization.
- No prior recruitment experience required; relevant experience includes sales, customer service, leadership, athletics, hospitality, fundraising, or campus involvement.
Compensation & benefits
- $55,000 base salary (non-exempt) plus uncapped commission.
- Expected first-year OTE: $70,000–$75,000+; top performers can exceed $100,000.
- Performance-based promotions; first promotion typically around 10–12 months; top 3 performers can reach Management (3rd promotion) in 18 months.
