About the role
We Help Make the World a Safer Place. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Recruiter to join our fast-paced Recruitment Team supporting security operations across 6 Branch Offices and 10 District Managers.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for Security Officer positions across multiple branch locations
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding steps, and hiring documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and employee files
- Organize, upload, audit, and manage confidential hiring documentation and electronic files
- Ensure all files and onboarding documents are completed accurately and in compliance with company procedures
- Communicate regularly with candidates, Branch staff, and District Managers regarding hiring status and staffing needs
- Follow up consistently to ensure all hiring steps are completed in a timely manner
- Post and maintain job advertisements on various hiring platforms
- Assist with onboarding processes, background screenings, and hiring paperwork
- Support recruiting events, hiring fairs, and staffing initiatives as needed
- Ensure recruiting processes and procedures are followed accurately and consistently
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months prior recruitment/front desk experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Proficient in basic computer applications including HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus!
- Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills
- Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment process, including drug and background screening
Qualifications
