Entry- Level Recruiting Manager

As a Recruiting Account Manager, you will serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This role involves working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce and maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office, and contract employees, including regular attendance at client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek’s resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Pay

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
