Entry Level Recruiter - Tinley Park - Part Time

UES is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Part-Time Entry-Level Recruiter to join our recruiting team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in recruiting, interviewing, and talent acquisition. In this role, you will focus on connecting with candidates, scheduling interviews through our applicant tracking system (ATS), and conducting brief preliminary interviews using a provided 15-minute interview script. No previous recruiting experience is required. We provide the tools and structure to help you succeed! Responsibilities Review candidate information and coordinate interview scheduling through our applicant tracking system (ATS)Contact candidates to confirm appointments and maintain consistent follow-upConduct 15-minute preliminary phone interviews using a provided scriptAsk candidates questions to assess their interest, communication skills, and general fit for the opportunityUpdate candidate information and interview notes in the ATSTrack interview attendance, follow up with candidates who miss appointments, and help maintain an organized recruiting pipelineCommunicate professionally with candidates throughout the preliminary interview process Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable speaking with candidates over the phoneOrganized, dependable, and detail-orientedAble to follow a structured interview script and manage scheduling responsibilitiesComfortable learning and using computer systems and scheduling toolsPrevious recruiting or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Part-time flexibilityEntry-level opportunity with training and guidance providedA structured recruiting process with an established interview script and ATSAn opportunity to develop valuable communication, interviewing, and organizational skills Requirements Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, proactive, and dependable.
