Entry Level Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from truck driver candidates.
- Make outbound calls to driver prospects.
- Effectively communicate all driving opportunities to potential drivers.
- Congduct interviews with pre-qualified candidates and make the final hiring decision on behalf of Schneider.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.
- Maintain excellent customer service with candidates.
Requirements
- Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
- 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
