Primary Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining close relationships with clients and candidates based on applicable experience, skills, and fit for available opportunities
- Sourcing activities, including cold calling, networking, and job bank monitoring
- Scheduling and conducting interviews via phone, video, or in-person
- Preparing successful candidates for client submittals and interviews
- Negotiating employment terms including pay rate
- Processing candidate pre-employment onboarding activities
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about sourcing and recruiting
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
