A leading technology organization is seeking Recruiters to support high-volume hiring for leadership positions within its operations network. This is a true full-cycle recruiting role, managing candidates from sourcing and engagement through offer acceptance and hiring completion. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the role includes significant administrative work, internal mobility support, pipeline management, reporting, and data management within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA/ Seattle, WA/ OR Nashville, TN What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring initiatives.Source, engage, and screen candidates through various recruiting channels.Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage.Support internal transfer and internal mobility hiring initiatives.Manage high-volume candidate pipelines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics within recruiting systems and Excel.Partner with recruiting teams and stakeholders to meet hiring goals and timelines.Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.Execute recruiting processes and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.1-4 years of experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, Recruiting Coordination, Program Coordination, HR, or a related field.Experience supporting high-volume environments with competing priorities.Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with recruiting data and reporting.Ability to thrive in a highly process-oriented environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
