Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines. High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting. Ability to work 100% onsite, in the designated local market.

Responsibilities

• Conducting phone screens
• Building strong candidate pipelines
• Using Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview)
• Using AI tools and ATS systems
• Generating metrics such as 4 hires per month, number of calls, screenings, email outreachs, and types of tech roles

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful)
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
• Ability to work 100% onsite, in the designated local market

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Skills

• Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills
• Proficiency in ATS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: The hourly rate for this position is between $35.00/hr - $37.00/hr for Sourcer I and $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr for Sourcer II, factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
