Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines. High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting. Ability to work 100% onsite, in the designated local market.
Responsibilities
- Conducting phone screens
- Building strong candidate pipelines
- Using Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview)
- Using AI tools and ATS systems
- Generating metrics such as 4 hires per month, number of calls, screenings, email outreachs, and types of tech roles
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful)
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
- Ability to work 100% onsite, in the designated local market
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Skills
- Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
