About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's recruitment process and ensuring that the right candidates are hired to meet the organization's needs.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Manage the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
