Entry-Level Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles.
• Perform contractor screening, including interviews, reference checks, skills testing, and background checks.
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as career fairs, cold-calling schools, organizations, and outplacement services.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as needed.
• Maintain documentation in Aerotek’s online systems to track candidates and sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Aerotek’s resources for conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Pay

Base salary of $50,000 upon successful completion of the hourly training period, with an automatic increase to $55,000 after one year of tenure. Performance-based annual bonus potential of up to $10,000.
