Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement employment.
• Perform contractor screening, including interviews, reference checks, skills testing, and background checks to ensure qualifications meet open positions.
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs, cold-calling schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Maintain documentation using Aerotek’s online systems to track candidate information and hiring metrics.
• Utilize available resources for conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
